Dan Zatarski, PharmD, RPh

Dan Zatarski graduated from the University of Madison with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. After working for a large-chain pharmacy, Dan had the opportunity to work for an independent community pharmacy, where he was exposed to prescription compounding and saw the beneficial impact of this service on patients.

Dan thoroughly enjoys his strong relationships with providers and their patients. With a passion for wellness and tailoring nutritional supplement regimens for patients, together with his expertise, Dan became Pharmacy Manager of MD Custom Rx (Brookfield, Wisconsin) in 2011 and now owns and operates this pharmacy with his wife, Monica.
