As a woman reaches menopause, her sex hormone levels will begin to change, which can manifest a wide variety of symptoms. Women entering menopause with pre-existing comorbidities present challenges in safely initiating hormone replacement therapy. Additionally, peri- and post-menopausal women are also more likely to develop comorbidities, which needs to be considered when discussing treatment options.
Using an evidence-based approach, this webinar will provide participants with an overview in examining the risks, benefits, efficacy, and safety of customized hormone therapy to manage menopausal symptoms in women with comorbid conditions as well as those who are at an increased risk of developing comorbidities.

Learning Objectives
- Identify the unique physiological features of common comorbidities seen in menopausal women and examine the role sex hormones have in these conditions.
- Investigate and evaluate therapeutic options for managing and monitoring menopausal symptoms in women with pre-existing comorbidities or those who are at an increased risk of developing comorbidities.
- Recognize and evaluate the various dosage forms and routes of delivery used in menopausal hormone therapy for women who have comorbidities or are at an increased risk of developing comorbid conditions.

Dr. Spencer Kellogg is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 40 years of private practice experience improving women’s health. He currently serves as the president and medical director of the Women’s Rejuvenation Center of Florida in Miami.
Dr. Kellogg received both his Bachelor of Science and Medical degrees from the University of Miami and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital. With his dedication to his profession, Dr. Kellogg also sits on several medical advisory committees and, as a passionate advocate for women’s health, has appeared on various health and medical news sources and is a frequent lecturer at industry events and seminars.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that LP3 Network cancels a course, LP3 Network's sole liability shall be course repayment. In no event shall LP3 Network be responsible for any costs related to travel and/or accommodation. A written request must be sent to LP3 Network Inc. requesting ‘Cancellation without Transfer’ to an alternate live activity event date. If cancellation occurs at greater than or equal to 31 days from live activity event date, then registrant will receive a 75% refund; 15-30 days a 50% refund; and less than or equal to 14 days no refund. There are no refunds, returns, or transfer requests upon purchase of a home study, digital work book, webinar, and eLearning modules. LP3 NETWORK INC. shall be excused from any delay caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control (a “Force Majeure”), including but not limited to, acts of God, hurricane, earthquake, labour disputes, strikes, riots, war, and governmental requirements. The obligation to pay money to LP3 NETWORK INC. in a timely manner is absolute and shall not be subject to this Force Majeure provision. In such event, LP3 NETWORK INC. will not issue any refunds, only transfer to an alternate live activity event date.
