Mark Boesen is a founding partner at Boesen & Snow Law. He is both a practicing pharmacist with three decades of service to his patients and a licensed attorney. He founded Boesen & Snow with Allyson Snow to combine his expertise and passion in healthcare operations and management, healthcare public policy and government affairs. Mark is driven in his practice of pharmacy and law to support health care businesses and professionals when they need it most to solve problems by offering creative solutions.
Mark also served as an attorney on Quarles & Brady’s Health Law Group, and the Vice President of Operations, Regulatory, and Government Affairs for the Apothecary Shops Specialty Pharmacies (later known as Avella Specialty Pharmacy). Additionally, Mark served as Chairman and CEO of a large national mail-order pharmacy with brick-and-mortar locations across the US, including Puerto Rico. He is most proud of serving as past President of the Arizona Pharmacy Association.
Mark recently presented the first “secondary appeal” in this history of the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) regarding proposed changes to the General Chapters on pharmacy compounding. He, along with his co-presenters, was successful in the postponement of the implementation of these chapters that would have resulted in negative impacts on compounding pharmacies and the patients they serve.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
- Attend the live webinar in full (login and logout times will be recorded).
- Complete a learning assessment (minimum 80% passing grade, two attempts permitted) within 14 days.
- Submit a completed live event evaluation form online within 14 days.
When the aforementioned steps have been completed and approved:
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered in the United States will obtain a statement of completed credits on their NABP e-Profile within 60 days.
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered elsewhere will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download a statement of participation.
- All participants will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download the LP3 Network certificate of completion.
