Overview
This presentation explores inspection readiness for compounding pharmacies. It will address the main areas inspectors will be concentrating on when inspecting a compounding pharmacy. This will include nuances and experience in handling state board, accreditation, and FDA inspections. The presentation will cover how to prepare and handle an inspection from the moment an inspector walks through the door to follow up. It will also describe what an inspection readiness binder is, what should be housed within it, and how to properly train staff in the event they to use it.

Tyler Chamberlain is a dedicated compounding pharmacist with over a decade of hands-on experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding. COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
- Attend the live webinar in full (login and logout times will be recorded).
- Complete a learning assessment (minimum 80% passing grade, two attempts permitted) within 14 days.
- Submit a completed live event evaluation form online within 14 days.
When the aforementioned steps have been completed and approved:
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered in the United States will obtain a statement of completed credits on their NABP e-Profile within 60 days.
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered elsewhere will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download a statement of participation.
- All participants will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download the LP3 Network certificate of completion.
