Kristen Snair, CPhT, is a pharmacy technician and regulatory leader whose career spans over 27 years. Beginning her journey at 16 as a cashier, she quickly advanced into the pharmacy technician profession, driven by a passion for continuous learning, advocacy, and public service.
Her professional experience includes over two decades with Evernorth (a division of Cigna), where she worked Pharmacy Legal Compliance. She currently works at Olympia Pharmaceuticals in Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Appointed by the governor to the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy in 2015, she has held the pharmacy technician board member seat for just over 10 years.
