Sarah Zielsdorf, MD, MS, ABIM, IFMCP

Dr. Zielsdorf is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. As the Owner and Medical Director of Motivated Medicine, an innovative consultative medical practice in West Chicago, Illinois, she is a skilled diagnostician, microbiologist, and passionate teacher. Dr. Z specializes in chronic illnesses including autoimmune driven diseases, women’s health with a focus on hormone management (thyroid, sex hormones, adrenals), and more. In addition, Dr. Z serves as a medical and research advisor & the education director to the Low dose Naltrexone Research Trust. She teaches internationally, created the 2020-2026 LDN Guides, and is an author featured in the LDN Book, Volumes 2-4, and New Horizons. She is a tenacious advocate for precision medicine and compounded therapeutics, and maintains strong partnerships with compounding pharmacies throughout North America.
