Multistate Licensure 101: A Practical Guide for Compounding Pharmacies (On-demand)

Overview

Obtaining and maintaining non-resident licensure is one of the most time-consuming and detail-heavy aspects of growing a compounding pharmacy business, and the regulatory landscape continues to evolve. This webinar is designed for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy owners who are either managing licensure directly or considering expansion into additional states. The session will cover the fundamentals of non-resident applications, state-specific requirements, inspections, registered agents, Secretary of State foreign qualifications, and controlled substance registrations. Attendees will also hear about recent regulatory changes affecting multi-state licensure, along with practical tips for managing two areas that commonly create compliance challenges: change reporting and disciplinary action reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Whether building a licensure portfolio from the ground up or refining an existing one, attendees will gain information they can put to immediate use.
