Sheila Stephens, PharmD
Sheila Stephens is a compounding pharmacist and integrative health coach with a passion for creating even more strength and vitality for her clients. Dr. Sheila is an entrepreneur with her most recent venture as the CEO of Stephens Compounding Pharmacy in Hilton Head Island, SC and as a business and leadership coach for Pharmacy Development Services.
A motivation for transformation is based on her personal health journey. Several years ago, she was 30 pounds’ overweight, struggling with gut issues and living in continual stress. Shaky relationships and chronic fatigue were the norm. The take-away from that experience is that she knows how it feels to be depersonalized and told to “just get over it”. She found better answers for herself and others.
She holds a doctorate from the University of Florida and a specialty in compounding. As a Duke Integrative Medicine Health coach and member of the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine (A4M) she understands functional medicine where health is viewed as physical, emotional and spiritual in order to create wholeness. Dr. Stephens is also a certified Pilates trainer and believes function follows form.
Three words best describe Dr. Sheila: entrepreneurship, empowerment and connectivity. She lives in the realm of possibilities.
