Discuss and understand the use of "Quality" concepts including root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions and accurate documentation. The use of quality driven tools drives continuous improvement in production, product quality, patient safety, and ultimately reduces many of the costs associated.

Kimberly Kieffer currently serves as Director of Quality Assurance for AnazoHealth in Las Vegas, NV, where she oversees Quality Management and supports regulatory efforts. Ms. Kieffer has been part of the pharmaceutical compounding industry, 503A and 503B, for 20 years, where she has provided consultation and guidance related to compounding services, formulation and process development, raw material sourcing, and education, as well as regulatory assessment. Ms. Kieffer has been a guest speaker and/or committee member for a number of compounding related associations/organizations and education providers, to include the United State Pharmacopeia and the International College of Apothecary. Ms. Kieffer holds a BA from the University of South Florida.
