    Wendy Hagwood, PharmD

    Wendy Hagwood was born and raised just outside of Daytona Beach and is a proud alumnus of the University of Florida. She relocated to North Carolina to pursue her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Campbell University, which she earned in 2005. As Pharmacy Manager and USP 795/800 Designated Person at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy, Wendy leads a dedicated team of pharmacists and technicians, working collaboratively with prescribers to solve complex patient challenges. In addition to her managerial role, Wendy contributes to the broader pharmacy community by assisting ACHC with pharmacy inspections, ensuring compliance with compounding standards and elevating best practices for optimal patient care.

    COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

    1. View the recording in full.
    2. Complete a learning assessment (minimum 75% passing grade, two attempts permitted) within 60 days.
    3. Submit a completed live event evaluation form online within 60 days.

    When the aforementioned steps have been completed and approved:

    • Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered in the United States will obtain a statement of completed credits on their NABP e-Profile within 60 days.
    • Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians registered elsewhere will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download a statement of participation.
    • All participants will receive an automated email from LP3 Network advising that they can download the LP3 Network certificate of completion.
