AN APC WEBINAR POWERED BY LP3 NETWORK
This is the on-demand version of the webinar. The webinar was live on January 16th, 2025
Overview
Federal policy affects your compounding practice; however, not nearly as much as state laws and regulations. Pharmacy standards and requirements are guided by regulations and laws in every state, with every jurisdiction also playing a role, including expiration dates for products, requirements for secure storage, recordkeeping, and more.
Compounding laws and regulations in states across the U.S. saw the adoption of some changes during 2024—so, what does 2025 hold?
This activity provides an overview of 2024 adopted changes in compounding laws and regulations across the U.S. and highlights proposed changes currently in the 2025 sessions.
